Sixteen permanent showrooms make the L.A. Mart's list of 'Showrooms in the News' as the countdown to 2012 and CGS begins. Illustrating a renewed groundswell of confidence in the Southern California region as well as the L.A. Mart, the commitments from these sixteen showrooms total nearly 50,000 square-feet of year-round, showroom space. The retail community will have greatly increased resources at their fingertips, reinforcing L.A. Mart's position as a vital, indispensible destination of in-demand products for the buying trade.

Several major expansions are comprised of flagship L.A. Mart showrooms with resilient, growth-oriented businesses that performed well in 2011. Remembrance/GRACE by Catherine Sullivan is nearly tripling its square footage with an expansion and new loft-look design supporting the company's re-branding efforts. Owner Catherine Sullivan decided the New Year was the time to present a more fashion-oriented front to the Gift Industry. The official opening party will take place in January at CGS.

Fine Lines is dedicating a new Roost by Fine Lines gallery, Roost will occupy additional square footage expanding their presence in the market. This premier home and accessories line is a favorite of buyers from across the region and has made Fine Lines their resource for shopping Roost. Stephen Young is expanding to more than 13,000 square-feet. The increased footprint will accommodate buyers as they continue to converge on the wildly popular and successful 'Book Room.'
